Melitta Drechsler (formerly Melitta George) is an Assistant Ramsey County Attorney in the office's Civil Division. She drafts, reviews and negotiates Ramsey County's high dollar value procurement contracts, specializing in IT outsourcing contracts.
Prior to joining the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office, Melitta was corporate counsel for Taylor Corporation in Mankato and an associate in the Business Law section of Briggs and Morgan. She graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 2008.

Prior to law, Grace was a research & development engineering manager with Boston Scientific.

He represents clients in the industries of software development, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and biomedical devices regarding both patent litigation and prosecution. He has a B.S. in electrical engineering, an M.S. in biological sciences, and a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2014.
Chris is an attorney with experience in employment, products liability, and immigration law. He graduated from the University of Southern California in 2011, and he earned his JD from the University of St. Thomas in 2018 where he served as associate editor and publications editor of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal. He was also involved with MNAPABA throughout all three years of law school. Prior to law school, Chris was a compliance analyst with expertise in TSA air freight compliance, cargo security best practices, and interstate trucking compliance.
Sukanya Momsen is Associate Corporate Counsel at Best Buy. She currently works closely with Geek Squad Services on advertising compliance and third-party contract negotiation. Sukanya has also worked as an employment lawyer at Nilan Johnson Lewis, and as a judicial law clerk on the Minnesota Court of Appeals for the Honorable Judge Louise Dovre Bjorkman. Outside of work, Sukanya enjoys hiking and keeping up with her Japanese. Sukanya graduated Order of the Coif, magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, and summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.
Richard Q. Liu
Richard Liu is a labor and employment attorney at Jones Day. He has represented clients in matters involving discrimination, trade secret misappropriation, violation of restrictive covenants, and breach of employment agreements. Richard graduated from USC Gould School of Law in 2015 and California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2011. He regularly takes pro bono matters involving sensitive immigration issues.
