Counsel local artists with MNAPABA and Springboard for the Arts!

Volunteer attorneys will be able to review artists' questions prior to the legal clinic. Attorneys who practice intellectual property law, especially in the areas of copyright and trademark, are highly encouraged to participate! However, artists also seek advice in the following areas: business formation; contract review and remedies; W-2, 1099, and unemployment issues; wills and trusts; immigration, including work visas; internet streaming rights and permissions; landlord/tenant issues; real estate; and tax issues.
