2025-2026 Working Committees and Networks *

Women's Committee

The MNAPABA Women’s Committee builds community and professional growth for women and gender-diverse attorneys and law students through mentorship, networking, and practical programming. We host connection-focused events (happy hours, roundtables), skill-building workshops, and partner with other committees and affinity bars to elevate leadership and visibility within the profession. Our goal is to create an inclusive, supportive space that helps members thrive at every career stage.

Non-Profit & Public Sector Committee

The Non-Profit & Public Sector Committee focuses on giving back to the community. Come network with fellow MNAPABA members who work for non-profits or in the public sector. We look to share resources, ideas, and to create a network so members can build their skills, elevate their leadership, and create a better Minnesota.
