Women's Committee

MNAPABA's Women's Committee is a long standing committee committed to highlighting and strengthening issues of interest to our committee's members (and we're open to all members, not just those who identify as women!). We primarily focus on issues facing women in the workplace and working parents.

Alex Dyste-Demet - Alex is an attorney with the U.S. Department of the Interior, Solicitor's Office. She primarily advises the Bureau of Indian Affairs with respect to its real estate programs

Mayura Noordyke - Mayura Noordyke is Trademark Counsel, Global IP at Medtronic, where she advises business teams on trademark and copyright law issues. Prior to her current role, Mayura was in private practice at two international law firms. Mayura is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School.

Jaime Wing - Jaime is a senior associate with Norton Rose Fulbright. He serves on the firm's Product Liability and Consumer Disputes team.

Seung Sub (Elvis) Kim - Elvis is an associate at Carlson Caspers, Intellectual Property Law. His practice focuses on patent litigation and prosecution, particularly in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biotechnology.

Thomas Lee - Tom is an attorney at Hamre, Schumann, Mueller & Larson, P.C., where he practices intellectual property law focusing on trademarks and patents domestically and internationally. Prior to law school, he was an engineer for a number of years. Tom was born and raised in Richmond, Va. Prior to being a father of two girls, Tom enjoyed running and enjoying traveling and trying out new restaurants.

Valerie Narcy - Valerie Narcy graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2020, then went on to serve as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Kellie Charles in Ramsey County District Court and as an Assistant County Attorney at the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office. Now, Valerie works as a personal injury attorney at Hall Law, P.A., where she gets to live her childhood dream of litigating and being a voice for people in need.
