Executive Board

Sukanya Momsen

Sukanya Momsen is Associate Corporate Counsel at Best Buy. She currently works closely with Geek Squad Services on advertising compliance and third-party contract negotiation. Sukanya has also worked as an employment lawyer at Nilan Johnson Lewis, and as a judicial law clerk on the Minnesota Court of Appeals for the Honorable Judge Louise Dovre Bjorkman. Outside of work, Sukanya enjoys hiking and keeping up with her Japanese. Sukanya graduated Order of the Coif, magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, and summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.

Mayura Noordyke
President Elect

Mayura is an intellectual property attorney at Cozen O'Connor. Mayura focuses her practice on trademark law and branding, including trademark clearance, investigation, prosecution, and licensing. Mayura also has experience with issues related to social media, cybersquatting, internet domain name disputes and proceedings, copyright matters, and advertising and promotions, including contests and sweepstakes. She graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2015.

Vincent L. Pham
Immediate Past President

Vince is a patent attorney who is Intellectual Property Counsel at 3M and previously practiced at Mueting Raasch Group and Faegre Drinker. Prior to law school, Vince worked at Deloitte Consulting and as a manufacturer's representative. Vince graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and in the top 10% of his class from the University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering.

Linhda Nguyen 

Linhda is an intellectual property attorney at UnitedHealth Group, where she counsels on all areas of IP and helps manage the enterprise IP portfolio.  Linhda previously worked as a patent litigation and trademark prosecution associate at Merchant & Gould, P.C.  She is a transplant from California, where she attended UCLA for her undergraduate degree. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School.  In her spare time, Linhda enjoys pushing herself mentally and physically with mountain/alpine sports.

Grace Kim

Grace is a patent attorney at Fish & Richardson. Grace graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Prior to law, Grace was a research & development engineering manager with Boston Scientific.

Stephanie Chen

VP of Communications

Stephanie is an associate attorney at Lockridge Grindal Nauen P.L.L.P., where she practices in complex litigation, primarily in antitrust, consumer, and general business matters. She also maintains an active pro bono practice representing entrepreneurs, artists, and youths in foster care. Stephanie graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California and earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as co-President of the school’s Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. 

Christopher Jison 
VP of Membership

Chris is an associate attorney with Wessels Sherman where he defends and counsels employers in discrimination, wage and hour, unemployment compensation, and union issues. He graduated from the University of Southern California in 2011 with a B.S. in business administration with a minor in economics. He earned his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas in 2018 where he was also involved with MNAPABA throughout all three years of law school. Prior to law school, Chris was a compliance analyst with expertise in TSA air freight compliance, cargo security best practices, and interstate trucking compliance.

Nicole Dailo
VP of Outreach

Nicole is an associate in the Labor & Employment practice group at Nilan Johnson Lewis, where she counsels and represents employers in discrimination, wage-and-hour, and non-compete and trade secret matters. Originally from California, Nicole also advises clients on compliance with the state's complex and emerging employment laws and regulations. Before entering private practice, Nicole worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Julia W. Brand in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. In the Twin Cities legal community, Nicole serves as a pro bono asylum attorney with the Advocates for Human Rights and a mentor for the University of St. Thomas School of Law Mentor Externship Program. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2011 and earned her J.D. from the USC Gould School of Law in 2014.

Victoria Dutcher

VP of Programming


Victoria Dutcher is a real estate and land use attorney at Larkin Hoffman. Victoria counsels commercial landlords and tenants, corporations, and contractors in various real estate transactions. Victoria also works with developers and cities on zoning, regulatory, and municipal matters. Victoria graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and a law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Victoria served as an AmeriCorps member with a Twin Cities based non-profit organization. She also lived and taught in Gwangju, South Korea and Chiang Mai, Thailand for two years.
