This week, Senator Klobuchar and Senator Franken announced the formation of a judicial selection committee to fill two vacancies on the Minnesota federal district court. Judge Ann Montgomery and Judge Donovan Frank have decided to take senior status. Those interested in applying for a federal district court position should submit a letter of interest and resume to the committee between November 7-21, 2016. MNAPABA’s own judicial selection committee remains committed to assisting and preparing successful APA judicial candidates for federal and state court as well as for administrative law judgeships.
