NAPABA is proud to launch its newest program, the NAPABA ADR Institute. This multi-day career and skills development program will provide a broad overview of the practice and substantive, hands-on training to members who are interested in pursuing a career in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The YMCA Center for Youth Voice is seeking attorney, law student, and paralegal volunteers to evaluate student participants in Mock Trial and Appellate Court proceedings at the 2024 National Judicial Competition (NJC) from July 29 to August 1 at the Minnesota Capitol Complex. Volunteers can sign up for two- or three-hour shifts. They will receive detailed instructions, a score sheet, and a rubric at the start of their shift.
