MNAPABA invites its members and friends to attend a virtual Expungements and Pardons CLE hosted by the Minnesota Attorney General's Office and the Minnesota Coalition of Bar Associations of Color. The CLE is free to attend and will feature remarks from an esteemed panel of experts: Nilushi Ranaweera, Assistant Attorney General in the Office's Statewide Expungement Program; Professor Mark Osler of the University of St. Thomas School of Law; and Jon Geffen, Director of the Re-Entry Clinic at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Participating attorneys will be eligible to handle pro bono expungement matters following the CLE and training.
