Every two years, the Judicial Branch creates a strategic plan “to support its mission to provide justice through a system that assures equal access for the fair and timely resolution of cases and controversies.” Informing this plan will be the Branch’s long-term strategic vision set out in our Roadmap. This work will support a deliberate and planned approach to achieving the long-term strategies and initiatives identified through this process.

 

The survey asks for feedback on the priorities outlined in the Minnesota Judicial Branch Roadmap:

 

• Improve the court experience for all.
• Prioritize workplace wellness for all judicial officers and employees.
• Promote access to treatment courts across Minnesota.
• Cultivate a diverse, equitable, and inclusive court system.
• Enhance support for self-represented litigants.

Survey responses from judicial officers, staff, justice partners, and members of the public will be used to inform the Branch’s strategic planning process. We would appreciate your feedback to this important effort for the Branch.
